What is Memory?

Memory lets Jaax know about your documents before you even ask. Upload a file — a research paper, contract, medical report, notes — and Jaax will automatically pull relevant sections into every conversation, like having a smart assistant who's already read your files.

1. Upload

Add any text file — PDF, TXT, Markdown, CSV. It stays on your device.

2. Jaax reads it

Your document is split into searchable chunks stored in your browser.

3. Chat naturally

Relevant passages are automatically included when you ask related questions.

Example

Upload your employment contract → ask "Am I allowed to freelance on the side?" → Jaax finds the relevant clause and answers based on your actual document.

100% private. Documents are stored in your browser's IndexedDB — never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently.
